Quarry Systems
aims to provide a comprehensive cover of many of the quarry operations
related to quarry and construction blasting. Quarry Systems have
an extensive range of services that may be acquired individually
or as a complete service pack with the new Quarry-Tek service,
which is an end-to-end service of profiling, measuring, loading,
blasting and monitoring activities.
The Quarry-Tek
service consists of the following Quarry Systems services; Face
Profiling, Drill-Hole Trak-ing, Blast-Planning & Shot-Firing
(Blast-Tek) and Vibration Monitoring. All results of each stage
of the service are recorded and presented to the customer in a Reports
folder or CD pack..
The Quarry-Tek,
end-to-end service, is a best-in class services, geared to maximise
the profitability of the operations of our customers. The Quarry-Tek
service rids the need for the customer to coordinate separate services,
without losing any of the reporting or quality check at the end
of each stage. Quarry Systems fully coordinate the end-to-end service,
from the time when we step out onto the rockface to the time when
the product is prepared on the floor-bed.
